Invoices are issued based on your selected payment method. If you request an invoice for your organisation, it will be issued within 3–5 working days and sent to the email address provided. If you’re an individual paying directly through our website, your paid invoice will be sent to your registered email address within 24–48 hours.
If your invoice hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your spam folder. If you are still unable to locate it, please contact us and our support team will be able to resend this to you.
