Where live sessions/workshops are included, we strongly encourage you to attend, as they provide valuable opportunities to interact with tutors and fellow learners. If you are unable to attend, recordings will normally be made available in Canvas after the session.
For some of our courses, live workshops are an important and required component of the course. Learners are expected to attend all scheduled live workshops. These sessions provide opportunities to engage with tutors and peers, discuss key concepts, ask questions, and apply learning through interactive activities. To find out if your course has required live workshops, please see the 'course requirements' section of the course webpage.
Workshop dates are provided in advance and learners should ensure they can attend before enrolling. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally prevent attendance, repeated non-attendance may affect your learning experience and ability to fully participate in the course. Depending on the course and timing, we may be able to advise on available options. However, attendance requirements cannot always be waived, and failure to attend required workshops may affect eligibility for the end-of-course credential.
